Kristy Roos-Taylor:
(School Director, Monday - Thursday Pre-K and Friday Parent-Toddler Class Teacher)

Kristy began teaching at the Menlo-Atherton Co-op in 1999, and was hired as the school's director in 2000. Along with running the school, Kristy teaches the Pre-kindergarten class, the Friday Parent-Toddler class, and parent education. Prior to coming to the co-op, she spent 2 years teaching at Woodside Parents Nursery School, and 5 years as a teacher at Bing School at Stanford. Kristy lives in Menlo Park with her husband, son and two dogs. Her daughter is in college at Cal Poly, SLO. When not teaching at the co-op, Kristy loves to run, read, and spend time with family and friends.

Gina Watkins:
(Monday / Wednesday / Friday PreSchool Class Teacher)

Gina Watkins is the newest addition to the teaching staff and has been a parent at the school since 2003. Gina taught summer school at the coop in 2006 and has substituted for the teachers during the school year several times over the years. As a parent, Gina has served on the board of directors three times, including serving as president. Gina holds a CA "Clear Multiple Subject" teaching credential and taught in the San Francisco Unified School District. As a community educator at a childrens hospital in Atlanta, Gina taught parenting classes and delivered health and wellness education programs to preschool age children. Gina lives in Menlo Park with her husband and three children (all who went through the coop). Gina has many interests including teaching aerobics, tutoring and substituting in the public schools, volunteering, and mostly spending time and traveling with her family.

Rachael Boldero:
(Tuesday / Thursday Young Preschool Class Teacher)

Rachael, our new T/Th teacher, has lived in several European countries and now lives with her husband, three children and a dog, in Menlo Park, just minutes from the Menlo-Atherton Co-Operative. Before giving up full time teaching to be at home with her children, Rachael was a Kindergarten teacher in London, England, having completed both her first degree and post graduate teaching studies at the University of London, England. She has done considerable study relating to early years teaching, here in California and previously. Rachael loves to travel, hike, swim and spend time with her family both here and further afield.
